Inquiry-Based Coaching ™ (IBC) is a simple, clear and specific methodology that we use to identify and transform obstacles into opportunities

Organizations are  clear experts when it comes to their offering and structure. They know their business and how best to do it. There is, however,  a realm of organizational culture that lives beyond the regular means of influence available to management. This “underground space” is where limiting beliefs, inflexible mindset, rigid assumptions, blind spots, and  perceptual obstacles, negatively influence the organization. This subculture is  where we do our work: accelerating openness, flexibility, clear communication, understanding, clarity and objectives-driven action. IBC is a profoundly powerful, effective, self-sustained, and razor-sharp method of personal and organizational transformation.

I’ve learned that my way or the highway is not the way. I can operate with less mental taxation. I am much more curious. I’ve learned that 99% of the time my biased assumptions are wrong.
